Recommended for:   Officers that have very little or no experience of Social Media but are increasingly being asked to investigate or implement for their Council

Session Overview:
This session is designed to give participants a very general and gentle introduction into how Social Media has evolved including what is social media, why use it and gain confidence in using it.
It is known that councils sometimes have a concern on how it is used and the kind of engagement with users that might entail, good or bad.

Please note this introduction to Social Media course is limited to 14 places and will be on a first come first served basis - filling fast

£10.00 + VAT per delegate for BALC Member Councils              
£20.00 + VAT per delegate for Non-Member Councils
