Community groups or parish councils are invited to apply for a share of the £17.5m fund, which is being made available to provide seed corn funding to help groups to formally establish, progress their development proposals and submit a Community Right to Build Order.The funding is available until the end of March 2015 or until the funding is fully committed. It is unlikely that applications made after October 2014 will be successful.
