Neighbourhood Development Plans enable communities to have more control over planning and housing decisions in their local area. They are statutory plans with legal status. More information about Neighbourhood Plans can be found on the Government's website here. The Berkshire Local Nature Partnership has produced a guidance document to help local communities incorporate the natural environment into their Neighbourhood Plan.
